ARTIFACT PAGE

Grace Pierre-Antoine

This artifact was put together in PowerPoint with the intention of being used in a social media thread, like Instagram or X(formerly Twitter). A lot more in-depth information about the event is found here, such as what the event is, reasons for viewers of the post to participate, and expectations of CityCampAtlanta. This would be the type of post that would be sent out several months before CityCampAtlanta would occur to get the public more aware of specific details.

Kea Borner

This artifact was designed in Canva to serve as a physical flyer or social media post. By using bright colors like the contrasting blue and orange, it draws viewers to the important feelings that CityCampAtlanta creates, such as innovation, local Atlanta community, and collaboration. The construction blocks and font choices are simple and effective in delivering the message.

Shreyon Rajesh

This artifact was designed in Canva with the intention of being a social media post. With the sleek, clean imagery, viewers can better digest the important information about CityCampAtlanta, such as the point of the event, date and time, and address. By making the “come join us” text large and bold, it calls for the collection of the community.

Devin Siewert

This artifact was designed with Canva. Its purpose is to be used as either a poster that could be printed and placed in convenient locations, or as a social media post for others to share the event. By including a picture of a large group of people gathered together, it emphasizes the sense of unity that the event has. By highlighting the phrase “we are here to save us” and the term “unconference”, it further engages viewers to discover what the event will entail. QR code placement leads to the Sign-Up webpage. Though, adding a QR code for the main CityCampAtlanta pages may have been a better event indicator.

Anyah Byrd

This artifact was  created to assist in promoting City Camp Atlanta’s event. It is a flyer created using the Canva Software Company. This flyer consists of simple design elements like a four-color palette (black, white, burgundy, and beige), two fonts (Noto Serif Display and Open Sans), and marketing language to engage potential guests/viewers. Furthermore, the flyer details necessary information regarding the event such has date, time, and location.

Devin, Kea, Shreyon and Anyah’s artifacts could be put out a month or a few weeks before the event. For those that are not aware of the specifics of CityCampAtlanta, viewers can check out their website, or the thread of artifacts with more details.
