Project Page : Thomasville Artifacts

For my content development work with Thomasville Heights Civic League, I focused on creating simple and consistent digital tools that could improve how information is shared with the community. When I examined their current online presence, I noticed that their event announcements, graphics, and platform activity were not unified. This made it difficult for community members to quickly recognize official information or stay updated on important events. My goal was to choose content pieces that would be easy to reuse, easy to edit, and easy for anyone on their team to maintain.

I decided to create four artifacts that support both communication and consistency. These include a Facebook event flyer template, an Instagram Story template, a Facebook group setup, and a general community flyer. Each asset is designed to help the nonprofit deliver clear information across multiple platforms without needing advanced design skills. I also wanted these templates to match each other visually so that the civic league can start building a more recognizable and trustworthy digital identity.

Below are links to each of the four content pieces along with reflections that document my process and the decisions behind my work.
